(sigh) so far behind

Holy Snikes, I am really bad about updating da blogs. (sigh)  Okay.  How to encaspulate almost 8 months worth of stuff in one blog page. 
1)  Lucas is almost 2. Yay!  He's growing like a weed.  We get to keep him, he's ours. 
2) Two new girls, Heaven and Skylie. 
3) Heaven is a lot like Kathrine was, while Skylie is lot like Hamilton was.
4) Heaven throws fits, gets sent to time out, a lot.
5) We aren't sure but think Skylie is  little deaf.
6) Both girls have had recurrent bouts of ear infections since they were born.  Well, of course, mother is overwhelmed with 5 kids and can't get any to the doctor.  Even if she could, she can't afford it. 
7) Did I mention, the kids are from Plainview, and are sure to go back to overwhelmed, piss poor mother, who can't take care of them, and doesn't even act like she cares for them?
8) I'm doing okay.  Went up for Sergeant, didn't get it.  Went up for FTO/10.20 boss, haven't heard yet.  But the major said I did great on the interview and suggested I look up some information.  So, on tuesday, I try to get hold of 10.20 post orders.  Everything new is a learning experience, and I love to learn.
9) Got to work ad-sep last week.  Nice, quiet place to work.
10)  Got some time off, gotta love Use or lose it time.
11) Kacey is moving in with us after she graduates. 
12) We are moving into a bigger house.  More room, my own big room to play in. :)
13) It's sunday, and we meant to go to church, but didn't have enough time to get the kids cleaned up and still make church.  Maybe next week.

(Feels like falling to knees.) I really, really promise to try not to make it such a long time between posts.
